Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?
A. NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on Savage Mama Creations part, we will be sure to handle it in a way that we see fit! NO EXCHANGES can be made! Once package has left from Savage Mama Creations, LLC I’m aren’t responsible for any lost, damaged, or broken packages! You must contact USPS!
Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. Unfortunately, we only offer US shipping.
Q. When do you restock products?
A. It Depends on the item, all updates are posted on my business Instagram and Facebook @savagemamacreations
Q. Do you offer samples?
A. No. If you want you test out any products you can purchase at regular price.
Q. What days do you ship out orders?
A. Unfortunately, there aren’t set shipping days just yet. Due to being a part time worker, full time wife and mom it is hard to have set days at the moment. We are still in a pandemic so shipping is sometimes crazy.
Q. Do you offer local pickup?
A. Yes!! I currently offer local pickup in Carbon Hill AL, & Jasper AL.
Q. Do you offer any payment plan options ?
A. Yes, I offer Sezzle. When selecting Sezzle there is a minimum amount of $50 subtotal required!!
Q. Where are you located?

Q .Do you have a PO Box?
A. Yes! PO Box 563 Carbon Hill, Alabama 35549! You can also send your product to our PO Box for a shoutout on our IG story!

Q. Who do you ship with?
A. The Post Office(USPS).
Q. What are car diffusers ?
A. Diffusers are highly scented air fresheners. These can last 1-3 months, it all depends on how you much you tilt it
Q. Can I request a new scent?
A. yes of course, but please reach out to me using the information below.
Q. What is the TAT ?
A. TAT is 1-2 weeks. Some orders may ship out faster, but some take longer due to delayed supplies and/or curing time.
Q. What if I left something off my order?
A. I don’t combine orders, you will just have to place a new order!
Q. Are your body butters or body sugar scrubs edible?
A. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! They’re for EXTERNAL USE ONLY!!!!
Q. What if a product is sold out?
A. Click on the option “notify when available”. You will then get an email when the items available.
Q. How long does it take to get preorders?
A. All preorders will process once I receive the materials. Preorders are done so that I order enough inventory and none will be wasted.
